Complete Conference Plan The Conference Center operates on the Complete Conference Plan. Our moderate, all-inclusive rate includes lodging, meals, meeting rooms, social room, audio/visual equipment, coffee breaks, and full use of recreational facilities. Our unique conferences are just what you're looking for! Sales tax is charged only on the food portion, and no gratuity is added. Booking and making arrangements are easy for your meeting planners. There is no need to negotiate guest room rates with a group sales department or meeting room rates with a catering department. Gone is the frequent haggling over charges for coffee breaks and audio/visual equipment separately. Rate Calculation To calculate rates, multiply the number of guests by the number of nights at the rates below: Double Occupancy $180 Single Occupancy $210 Deluxe Single Plan $240 Reservation/Deposit Contact the Conference Center Coordinator to determine availability. To begin the reservation process, we need to know the approximate number of persons attending and the dates or general time frame for the conference. Space is officially reserved by submitting an Advance Booking Deposit of the first night's per person stay with the completed Conference Reservation Agreement. Final Payment One master bill is prepared for each conference. Full payment is due within 30 days after the conference concludes. Cancellations No Penalty. Cancellations or notification of reduced numbers received more than 120 days prior to the arrival of the conference will receive a full refund of the Advance Booking Deposit. Partial Penalty. Cancellations or reductions received between 120 days and 30 days prior to the start of the conference will result in a loss of the Advance Booking Deposit of the first night's per person stay. Full Penalty. Cancellations or reductions received after the 30-day guarantee deadline will result in a loss of full conference fees per person/per night. Notification of cancellations or reductions must be received in writing to be officially recognized.
