An important part of every conference is the socializing which occurs outside the formal meetings. Conferees get to know each other better as they relax and talk informally. We provide each group with a social room apart from the meeting room. While we can't sell alcoholic beverages, groups often bring their own and ask us to provide glasses, ice, hors d'oeuvres and atmosphere. You'll enjoy the informality and economy of this approach.
